Minister in-charge Nitin Aggarwal said- Our government is committed to making Shravasti clean and healthy. People are being made aware on a large scale to take the message of cleanliness to the last reaches of the state. In this sequence, this program has been organized at the holy place of Lord Gautam Buddha. From the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister to the lowest level sanitation soldier, everyone has played an equal role in this campaign, due to which this campaign is becoming successful.
The minister in charge administered the oath The District Magistrate said that under the Swachhata Hi Seva Maha Abhiyan, which started from September 17, 612 cleanliness targeted units in the district were identified and cleaned through collective labor donation. During this campaign, 4373 programs were organized in which 5,94,784 people participated. 334 villages of the district have been declared ODF Plus model. In the program, more than 2,000 students formed a human chain and gave the message of cleanliness. In the end the minister in charge administered the oath of cleanliness to everyone.
