Advocate riding a bike dies in a car accident | Advocate riding bike dies due to collision with car: Bank manager riding car arrested, advocate was returning home by bike – Shahjahanpur News


A bike-riding advocate lost his life in a road accident on Wednesday evening near Gangsara village of Puwayan, Shahjahanpur. Advocate Paritosh Dixit, who was seriously injured in a car collision, was immediately taken to the CHC by the local people, where when his condition became critical, he was shifted to the Government Medical Center.

There the doctors declared him dead. Paritosh Dixit, a resident of Patwa ward of Khutar police station area, was going home on his bike when he was hit hard by a speeding car near Gangsara on Shahjahanpur-Palia road.

After the accident, the local people caught the accused car driver, who is said to be a bank manager in Champawat, on the spot and handed him over to the police. The police have taken the accused into custody and seized the car. There is an uproar in Paritosh Dixit’s family due to his death.

Police filled Panchnama of the dead body and sent it for postmortem.

It is being told that he had enrolled his daughter for Bachelor of Laws in a college in Banaras just three days ago. One of his sons and one daughter are studying in Puwayan. Police station in-charge Harpal Singh Baliyan said that the accused car driver has been taken into custody and further action will be taken after receiving the complaint. The police have filled the Panchnama of the body and sent it for postmortem.
