On Thursday, the election process for 89 delegate posts started at 8 am in 66 booths. As the day temperature increased, a crowd of voters started gathering in the committee premises. Within no time, queues of voters formed at the booths. 210 employees of the Development Department were deployed to conduct the voting. The biggest crowd was at Agya Mafi constituency. Where there were 248 voters. In the scorching heat, the polling staff had to face problems due to the heat in the booths set up in tents. Election officer Babhnan Vinay Kumar Dwivedi said that voting has started at 8 in the morning. Objections were being raised regarding small errors in the voter list and Aadhaar card. Which is being resolved on the spot.

Booth number two Gopinathpur was counted in the election. There were three candidates for two delegate posts. Out of which Sarvesh of Almirah election symbol won by getting 86 votes, while for the second delegate post, Ram Shankar of Lion election symbol and Shiv Dulari of Car election symbol won by getting 68-68 votes, the election result was equal. With the consent of both, a slip of their names was cast and when RO Vinay Kumar Dwivedi took out the slip, Shiv Dulari was declared the winner.

A similar scene was seen in booth number 37 Naraicha also. Here, Rajesh Verma was victorious with lion election symbol by getting 77 votes, while Ramtaul with car election symbol and Lakshmi Prasad with cupboard election symbol came to a tie by getting 55-55 votes. Here too the election symbol slip was cast and after the election symbol slip came out, Lakshmi Prasad was declared the winner.
