A 23-year-old farmer committed suicide by hanging himself in Satravaans village of Lalitpur. Chandrabhan Ahirwar, son of Mohan Lal hanged himself by tying a rope in the verandah of his house on Friday night. His mother saw him hanging and immediately pulled him down with the help of his family.

Family members say that Chandrabhan was very upset due to crop failure. He had sown the urad crop, but due to heavy rains the entire crop was ruined. After returning from the farm, he was under a lot of stress and under this stress he took this suicidal step.
Chandrabhan was the only son in his family and he also has a younger son. He supported his entire family through farming. Police reached the spot and sent the body for postmortem and the matter is being investigated. Police said that the body was sent for postmortem.
