The priest of Babina Prachin Mata Temple in Jhansi died due to electric shock. Today he was watering the temple garden when he stepped on a cut electric wire. This caused a strong electric shock and he got injured. He died on the way to Jhansi Medical College.

A temple is built in front of the house
Priest Prem Narayan (50), son of Sevaram Vishwakarma, was a resident of Babina. In front of his house is the ancient Mata temple, where Prem Narayan was a priest. His brother Heera Lal told that on Friday Prem Narayan was watering the garden of the temple. There was a cut in the electric wire, then his foot fell on the wire and he got electrocuted.
Prem Narayan fell unconscious as soon as he got a strong blow. Immediately took him to Babina CHC. From there he was referred to Jhansi Medical College. On reaching there the doctors declared Prem Narayan dead.
Prem Narayan was a priest for 15 years
Brother further told that Prem Narayan was a priest in the ancient Mata temple for the last 15 years. Now Navratri was going on, so he used to wash the clothes in the temple daily. Prem Narayan’s wife Urmila Devi is in the family. On information, Babina police reached Medical College. Panchnama action is being taken after taking possession of the dead body.
