In Civil Lines police station area of Aligarh, a married woman threw acid on her lover who had come to meet her in a restaurant. It is alleged that her lover used to call her even after marriage and kept harassing her every day. The girl had come to meet him to settle this matter.

Both of them had come to meet at a restaurant located at Center Point and were sitting together and talking. He had also ordered food and drinks. But soon an argument started between the two. After which the girl took out the acid bottle already kept in her purse and threw it at the young man. After which the young man took off his shirt and ran away from the spot. On the other hand, the girl went straight to Center Point police post.
There was a huge commotion at the center point
The victim girl told that she was earlier friends with the boy. But later her parents got her married at another place. But even after her marriage, the boy was continuously harassing the girl and forcing her to talk. That’s why she came to explain to him.
But the boy again started following her in the restaurant, after which the married woman took this step. After the acid attack, on one hand the boy took off his shirt and immediately disappeared from the spot, while on the other hand the girl went straight to the Center Point police post and told the whole story to the police. After which the police released the girl after interrogating her.
Restaurant waiters also got splashed
The manager of the restaurant located at Center Point told that both the young man and the girl had come inside earlier and were sitting and talking. They had also ordered food and drinks, but suddenly a dispute broke out between them and the girl threw acid on the boy. After which the boy took off his shirt and ran away screaming.
No complaint was received from any party
Civil Lines police station in-charge Dinesh Singh said that the woman has been released after questioning. He said that no complaint has been received from any party. If written complaint is received then action will be taken.
