On the third day of Shardiya Navratri, worship and aarti of Mother Goddess was organized with great pomp at Raj Bhavan, Lucknow. Governor Anandiben Patel worshiped Maa Durga on this auspicious occasion and became a part of the Garba Mahotsav along with the worshippers. under Navratri festival

On this special occasion, distinguished guests like State Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, Tourism Minister Jaiveer Singh, Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Nandi, and Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay were also present. They also enjoyed this Garba festival and took part in the worship of Goddess Maa.

Prasad distribution after puja

Like every year, this time too there was tremendous enthusiasm for the Garba Mahotsav at Raj Bhavan. Along with Garba dance on traditional songs, devotees shook their feet on the hymns of Maa Durga. After the puja, the Governor distributed Prasad among the devotees, due to which a special religious zeal prevailed in the entire atmosphere.

Navratri festival will continue till October 11

This Garba and Navratri festival, which started from 03 October, will continue till 11 October and will conclude with the immersion of Goddess Maa on 12 October. The grandeur of the event and the special encouragement of the Governor made this program even more special.
