Due to yard remodeling at Shahganj railway station in Ambedkar Nagar, operation of about one and a half dozen trains running on the Akbarpur route, which was closed since September 22, has resumed. Due to yard remodeling at Shahganj railway station, about one and a half dozen trains were not being operated at Akbarpur station for about 13 days from 22 September to 5 October. Only Sabarmati, Sealdah Express and Marudhar trains running from Varanasi were running. Due to non-running of trains, passengers traveling from Akbarpur faced a lot of problems. The operation of trains has started once again.
With the operation of trains, there was a lot of relief for the passengers going to Akbarpur Railway Station. Akbarpur station, which had been deserted for two weeks, started getting crowded. Akbarpur Station Superintendent Vinod Kumar said that due to yard remodeling at Shahganj railway station, the operation of about one and a half dozen trains remained closed for about 13 days from September 22 to October 5. Train operations have started again.
