DAP needed for sowing crops
At this time, farmers need the necessary DAP for sowing crops like potato, wheat, mustard etc. But its supply is not sufficient in the district. Farmers start lining up outside cooperative societies since morning. But they are not getting the expected quantity of DAP. Even on Sunday, DAP was not distributed at many places. When DAP was distributed at some places, a fight broke out there. Farmers were standing in the queue since 4 in the morning, but even after waiting for hours, the farmers could not get the fertilizer.
Black marketing of DAP is happening
Farmers in Sikandrarau and Sadabad areas allege that black marketing of DAP is taking place. No attention is being paid to this from the authorities. Farmers say that if sufficient fertilizer is not available, then how will they be able to sow the crop.
