Police have said after investigation that it is not yet clear whether Kushagra has committed suicide or someone has pushed him down. It is being investigated whether Kushagra committed suicide or was murdered. A team of SOG has been deployed to investigate.
Let us tell you that Kushagra was a resident of Raptinagar, MIG 35, Phase One Shahpur, Gorakhpur. Kushagra was the only son of his parents. Kushagra’s father advocate Ajay Pratap Singh and mother Manjula reached Shahjahanpur after hearing the news of their son’s death. Kushagra’s parents told that they had dreamed of making their son a doctor. After completing his doctorate, he had given a hospital on rent in his house to ensure that his son did not face any further problems. Thought that my son would run the hospital in future. Don’t know if this will happen to my son. Let us tell you that Kushagra’s father is originally from Jaitpur in Mahoba. For the last several years, advocate Ajay Pratap Singh has built a house in Raptinagar Phase One of Gorakhpur and lives with his wife.
Kushagra’s father told that his son studied till 12th class in Lucknow. After this, after preparing from Lucknow itself, he took admission in Varun Arjun Medical College, Shahjahanpur in 2022. In the medical college itself, Kushagra lived in room number 14 on the ground floor of hostel number two. On Sunday morning we got a call informing us about Kushagra’s death. After this we left from Gorakhpur for Shahjahanpur. Cousin Naveen Singh, who reached the medical college on receiving information about Kushagra’s death, has held the college administration responsible for the incident.
Mystery of death entangled between murder and suicide
Kushagra’s father told that when we reached there, his son’s room was completely scattered. There was a bottle of wine on the table, filled in glasses. The hostel students were avoiding saying anything. Some students of the hostel secretly told the police that a party was held in the room of student Kushagra on Saturday night. Kushagra’s fellow students were present in the party. The party continued till around 12.30 in the night.
While the party was going on, Kushagra had a fight with his friends. In which Kushagra was abused and even pushed. After this, in the morning, Kushagra’s body was found lying in a blood soaked condition on the road below the hostel. Police are also considering the incident as suspicious. Kushagra’s cousin Naveen Vijay Singh said that when asked to show the CCTV cameras installed in the hostel, the college administration told that the CCTV cameras were faulty. After which Naveen Vijay Singh and Suraj Pratap Singh raised many questions on the college administration.
case looks suspicious
Police said that prima facie the case appears suspicious. When Kushagra’s body was seen, he was lying on his back. There was an injury on the right side of the back of the head. His eyes were open. The t-shirt was up to the chest. Both his hands were on his chest. The fist of one hand was closed and the other hand was open. In the post-mortem, only head injury was found on Kushagra’s body. There is no injury on the body. If someone himself jumped from above, he would fall on his feet and his legs would be broken. Police are investigating and have questioned the students.
Peg of liquor found on the table
When the police reached room number 14, the contents of the room were lying scattered, looking at it it seemed as if the items had either been thrown in this room or had been scattered due to a fight. Police found liquor bottles and a liquor peg in a glass on a table in the room. CO Amit Chaurasia has sealed the room in the presence of SDM Gyanendra Nath Singh.
Police took seven students into custody
CO Amit Chaurasia interrogated the students living in the neighborhood of Kushagra for a long time. The police have also detained seven students and also seized their phones.
456 km away mother felt something strange
Kushagra’s house is in Gorakhpur. The distance from Shahjahanpur to Gorakhpur is about 456 km. On Saturday night at around quarter to 9 pm, Kushagra had called his mother Manjula Singh. Kushagra and his mother talked for 8 minutes. During this time, mother Manjula Singh had asked Kushagra why his voice is heavy, then Kushagra replied that it is cold and cough, that is why the voice has become heavy. He told that during the conversation with Kushagra, he felt something strange, but Kushagra cut off the conversation by saying that he had cold.
When Kushagra’s uncle expressed doubt, the locked room was opened.
Dhirendra Singh, uncle of XEN Kushagra in Lucknow Railway, who reached the spot, saw cake marks outside room number 153. When in doubt, Dhirendra Singh asked the medical college administration to open the room. Looking at the whole room, it seemed as if someone’s birthday had been celebrated, cake was spread all over the room, food items were scattered. There was also a spade and a stick in the room.
The secret of death will be revealed from three rooms of the hostel
The secret of Kushagra’s death is likely to be revealed from the three rooms of Hostel No. 2. The first was room number 14 in which Kushagra lived. On the night of the incident, he had a companion in the room who has been detained by the police. Secondly, some clues have also been found in room number 159 on the third floor. Police believe that the sharp edge was dropped or dropped from room number 159 itself. The third room number 153 was not noticed by the police from morning till evening. Room number 153 on the third floor was locked.
