Let us tell you that the woman, resident of Harinagar Balaganj, became friends with Vikas Yadav, son of Navratan Yadav, resident of Mirzapur Etah, on Facebook in June 2022. Vikas Yadav was working in Agra. He called Agra several times to meet him but the woman did not go.

Due to separation from her husband, her closeness with the accused increased.

During this time, Vikas Yadav came to Lucknow Police Line in January 2023. Lulu called to meet the goods. During the conversation, the woman told that her relationship with her husband Vishal was not going well. She is living separately from her husband and has a daughter.

When there was a lot of delay in the conversation, Vikas said that he would not be able to enter the police line so he would stay in a hotel somewhere. After this he was taken to a hotel in Charbagh. Where he raped her several times while under the influence of alcohol.

Blackmailed by making a video

Vikas made objectionable videos of the woman. The victim came to know about this when she was called to meet again. Then they established relations several times by threatening to make it viral. Called Agra by blackmailing. Where the victim went with her daughter. Seeing his daughter there, he became furious and abused her too.

After getting married in Arya Samaj, got the certificate made.

Started pressurizing the victim for marriage. This victim told that the divorce has not taken place yet. So they got married forcibly in June 2023 at Arya Samaj Mandir, Aliganj. During this time, the victim became pregnant and got her aborted at Manas Hospital, Balaganj.

They also extorted around Rs 20 lakh from the victim. In June 2024, when the accused Vikas came to meet her, the victim protested after seeing obscene videos of other girls on his mobile and he started abusing her. After this he started demanding another Rs 15 lakh.

Being upset with the accused, the victim has filed a complaint against the accused Vikas and his family. In this case, Inspector Shrikant Rai said that a case has been registered and investigation is being done.
