When the police caught the suspect outside the District Legal Services Authority room and checked him, a pistol with Made in Italy number was recovered from him. Used to intimidate by calling himself close to the MLA
It has been revealed that Ashish Singh used to intimidate the officials by calling himself close to BJP MLA from Gonda Sadar, Prateek Bhushan Singh. Many times he had disputes with officers and employees. Even after being caught with a weapon in the court, he made threats in the name of the MLA, but he failed in front of the court police. Here, the BJP MLA has termed all the allegations regarding him being close to him as baseless.
Action will be taken against guilty police personnel
Gonda Nagar Kotwal Manoj Kumar Pathak said that court security in-charge Sharendu Kumar Pandey got information that a young man had come inside the court with a weapon.
