This fight created panic among the devotees there. Most of the devotees left the place without having darshan of Maa Durga. Police reached the spot long after the incident. What was the fight about? The police has started gathering information about this. Policemen are seen missing at most of the Durga pandals.
Durga Pandal has been decorated by devotees behind Chandi Temple under Nai Basti Police Post of Kotwali Sadar area. Where the cave of Mother Vaishno Devi has been built. Due to which a large number of devotees are reaching the Durga Pandal every day to have darshan of Goddess Durga.

Devotees left without having darshan
On Tuesday late evening around 8.15 pm, male and female devotees had reached the Durga pandal to have darshan. During this time, 3-4 boys came near the Durga pandal and started fighting with the youth standing near the Durga pandal. The youth picked up the bucket and started fighting. There was fighting between the two sides for about 10 minutes. Seeing this fight, there was panic among the devotees. Many devotees left the place without having darshan.

Negligence in security arrangements at pandals
During this time people caught the two youths who had assaulted. Informed the police. Police reached the spot long after the incident. The police have started investigating what caused the fight. Here people said that the security arrangements at most of the Durga pandals seem helpless. Despite the huge crowd, policemen are not seen there.
