In this case, on the complaint of SI Manoj, Sonauli police has registered a case under 14 Foreigners Act and has started legal action. Security agencies are investigating what was the motive of the Brazilian citizen to enter India illegally.
Security increased on Nepal border Vigilance has been further increased in view of security on the India-Nepal border. Now the Aadhaar cards of all the people coming to India from Nepal are being checked. No one is being allowed to enter without checking.
