According to the information, a laborer named Balkar Singh is a resident of Sant Nagar locality, who works to support his family. On Wednesday, Balkar Singh was roaming in Mohalla Dubey under the influence of alcohol.

Meanwhile, a car with BJP flag on it came from behind and Balkar Singh lay down in front of the car. The car driver blew the horn several times to remove Balkar Singh, but he did not move. After this, the driver showed dominance and ran the car over Balkar Singh.
After this incident, a huge crowd gathered there, while the car driver fled from the spot. Local people took the hard-working laborer out of the car and sent him to the hospital. At present, the police is investigating the matter. Bisalpur Police Station President Sanjeev Kumar Shukla said that information about the case has been received. Investigation is being done.
