Under Phase-5 of the “Mission Shakti” campaign in Unnao, Rahemeen, a class 12 student of Government Girls Inter College, was made the symbolic District Magistrate for a day. On this important occasion, District Magistrate Gaurang Rathi inaugurated the program and gave administration to the girls.

There was activity in public hearing
Rahameen organized a public hearing at the District Magistrate’s office. He listened carefully to the problems of the local residents and gave necessary instructions to the concerned department officials for quick solutions. Rahameen’s seriousness and responsibility impressed all the officials and local people present.

On this occasion, Rahameen said, “I felt very happy to be the District Magistrate. This is a big learning opportunity for me. I have understood how important the work of administration is.” His enthusiasm inspired everyone present at the event.

Underlining the importance of the program, District Magistrate Gaurang Rathi said that this effort of “Mission Shakti” is to make girls aware of administrative and constitutional responsibilities. “Such programs give girls confidence and inspiration,” he said.
Officials appreciated Rahameen’s working style and said that such initiatives develop leadership qualities in young girls, which will motivate them to enter administrative services in future.
