Major traffic diversion has been done in Kanpur on Dussehra. This decision has been taken in view of the crowd of the fair. On many routes, the road will be closed by putting barricades. So that the crowd coming to the fair can be controlled. If you sleep before leaving home in the evening

No vehicle will go towards Carset intersection from Lal Imli intersection. Vehicles coming to Lal Imli will be able to go to Mall Road from Meghdoot Tiraha via VIP Road from Silverton Tiraha.
No vehicle will be able to go towards Carset and Naveen Market from MG College intersection. These vehicles will go towards their destination via VIP Road from Silverton intersection and Green Park intersection.
No vehicle will go towards the parade from Bada Chauraha. Such vehicles will be able to go towards Mulganj via Meston Road or take a U turn from Ursala towards Bada Chauraha.
No vehicle will go towards Bada Chauraha from Chetna Chauraha, such vehicles will be able to go towards Meghdoot via the gymnasium.
No vehicle will be able to go towards Bada Chauraha from Meghdoot Tiraha. Such vehicles will go towards their destination via VIP Road Sarsaiyya Ghat.
No vehicle will be allowed to go towards the parade from Yatimkhana intersection. These vehicles will be able to go towards their destination from Lal Imli intersection.
No vehicle will be allowed on the main road (Parade Road) from Bada Chauraha Post Office. Such vehicles will be able to go towards NTC Mure Mill.

No heavy or medium vehicle will be able to go from Kalyanpur towards Armapur via Housing Development Canal Panki. Such vehicles will be able to go from Kalyanpur via Zarib Chowki to Fazalganj intersection towards Bhaunti via Vijay Nagar.
No heavy or medium vehicles will be able to ply between Kalyanpur and Bara Sirohi Canal. Such vehicles will be able to go towards Bhaunti from Gangaganj crossing via Shatabdi Nagar.
Traffic coming from Company Bagh will not be able to go beyond Rev 3 intersection towards Bhaironghat, Merchant Chamber, TAFCO and Green Park intersection. Such vehicles will be able to turn right from Rev 3 intersection and go towards their destination via Abha Nursing Home.
Traffic coming from Unnao will not be able to turn left from Ganga Barrage and go towards Karbala. Such vehicles will be able to go directly from Ganga Barrage to their destination via Askothari, Singhpur Tirahe.
No heavy, medium vehicles will go towards Ganga Barrage from Mandhana intersection.
Heavy and medium vehicles from Chowki Ganga Barrage and Police Station Ganga Ghat Unnao will not come towards Ganga Barrage.
