Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath may be trying to tighten the noose on corruption, but corruption cases are not showing signs of stopping. The latest case is related to Barabanki’s Community Health Center, Primary Health Center, Bada village, Dadar, where a female health worker has been accused of demanding a bribe of thousands of rupees in the name of delivery of pregnant women.

Local people had accused ANM Sangeeta Rai. After this a video went viral on social media. But the surprising thing is that after a few days all the complainants withdrew their allegations and said that they had given false statements at the behest of someone else.

The complainants while apologizing in writing also said that no illegal recovery is taking place in the Primary Health Center Dadar. The Health Department had also taken cognizance of the matter, but the complainants retracted their statements. After this, accused ANM Sangeeta Rai narrowly escaped. Sources say that after the matter came to light, the accused ANM put pressure on the victims and got the complaint withdrawn.
