There was an incident of robbery worth Rs 3 lakh 35 thousand on Monday evening, but now this case has been proved to be completely false. Local tent businessman Kanhaiya Lal Yadav himself had planned the robbery to escape huge debts and loans.

The matter is near the 200-bed hospital located on Jagdishpur Road in Mohanganj Kotwali area. Kanhaiya Lal had informed the police that he was going to deposit money in the bank, when three miscreants riding a bike showed him a pistol and looted his bag.

There was panic in the administration after the incident. The police team reached the spot and started investigation and scanned the footage of CCTV cameras installed nearby. The footage did not reveal any suspicious vehicle, after which the police strictly interrogated Kanhaiya.
