If you want to put your child in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Chhatarpur, then there is important news for you. Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has started applications for admission in Classes 9 and 11. Interested and eligible students can apply for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) admission in 2025 by visiting the official website cbseitms.nic.in.
As per the notification, the last date to apply is October 30. The selection test will be held on February 8, 2025, from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.
While applying, make sure you have all the necessary and important documents. While submitting the form for Classes 9 and 11, applicants have to have documents like- a recent photo, signature, parent’s signature, academic mark sheet and valid photo identity card. Those seeking admission to this school must be studying in a government or private school. Children studying in Class 10 and born between May 1, 2010, and 31 July 2012 are eligible to apply for admission in Class 11.
The test pattern of Navodaya Vidyalaya has also been announced. The pattern for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) admission 2025 test will be of duration two and a half hours. PwD candidates will be given an additional 50 minutes. The exam will have 100 objective types of questions.
As per the notification, there will be a total of 100 questions in the Class 9 exam. There will be 15 questions in English, 15 questions in Hindi, 35 questions in Mathematics and 35 questions in General Science. The total marks will be 100. For Class 11th as well, there will be 100 questions. It will include 20 questions on mental ability, 20 questions in English, 20 in science and 20 in mathematics.
