Discussion on arrangements in the hospital
Geeta Bind talked to the patients admitted in the hospital and listened to their problems and gave instructions to further improve the hospital arrangements. While meeting the mothers of newborn girls, he said that one should not be sad on the birth of daughters, but should celebrate. He said that there should not be any kind of discrimination between sons and daughters and inspired to give good education to daughters, so that they can bring glory to the family and the country.
Honor ceremony under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao program
After this, Geeta Bind cut the Kanya Janmotsav cake on the occasion of the birth of newborn girls under the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao program and honored the mothers by giving them Kanya Janmotsav felicitation letters. He said that the state government is running many schemes for the respect and safety of women and advised the people to contact the concerned authorities to avail the benefits of these schemes.
CMO Dr. YK Rai, District Probation Officer Prabhat Kumar, and other officers were also present during this inspection. Geeta Bind directed the officials to give wide publicity to the schemes related to women, so that more and more people can benefit from these schemes.
