In Nigohi police station area of Shahjahanpur, a father has accused the bullies of forcibly taking away his 15-year-old minor daughter in a car. The police have registered the case on the basis of the complaint and have started searching for the minor.

A person living in Nigohi police station area of Shahjahanpur has made a serious allegation of kidnapping of his 15 year old minor daughter. The victim’s father lodged a complaint in the police station and said that his daughter, who is a class 11 student, was forcibly taken away by the bullies in a car on the morning of October 15. At the time of the incident, the daughter along with her mother was tying the buffalo outside the house, when the accused reached there in a car, forcefully put her in the car and fled away. The mother tried to save her daughter, but the accused managed to escape from the spot.
If they do not testify they will be killed
According to the victim, earlier on November 30, 2023, a young man had abducted his daughter, after which the police recovered her and handed her over to the family. However, the accused had been pressurizing the family for the last few months to resign in the case and were threatening to kill them if they did not testify.
FIR registered and search for minor started
Police have registered an FIR on the basis of the complaint and have started searching for the minor. Police say that the number of the car which was used in the kidnapping is the same which is related to the earlier case registered in Izzatnagar police station. In this matter, Nigohi police station says that the police of Izzatnagar police station of Bareilly has been informed about this matter and they will also take action on it.
Efforts are being made to arrest the accused
The names of accused Ravi Arora and his son Ayush Arora have come up in this case. It is being told that on October 11, Ayush had parked this car in a workshop for repair and since then he is absconding. SP Rajesh S said that information has been received about the car being parked and instructions have been given to CO City for investigation. At present the police is busy searching for the minor and efforts are being made to arrest the accused.
