KDA and police officials sealed the illegal basement in the building in Chamanganj.
On Thursday, KDA again took action against illegal basement. Taking action in Chamanganj area, KDA and police team sealed the illegal basement built in the building of Congress councilor and four others. Whereas KDA requested to register a case under relevant sections.

In the matter, councilor Shibbu Ansari said that the building in house number 88/443 Humayun Bagh, Chamanganj was bought 60 years ago, since it had a basement. Today it was sealed as illegal.
This action is not right. Whereas according to KDA, the building was constructed illegally in the basement and 4 other floors. The illegal office operating in the basement has also been sealed.
KDA took action and sealed 4 buildings in Chanamganj.
Gym operated in basement also sealed Mohd. in Chamanganj itself. In Arif House No. 105/590, a building was constructed illegally in the basement and 7 other floors. The gym was being operated illegally in the basement.
Apart from this Mohd. In Asif House No. 105/242, Chamanganj, a building was constructed illegally in the basement and 3 other floors. A slippers and shoe factory was being operated illegally in the basement.
Business was going on in the basement In Tayyab Tahir House No. 105/247, Chamanganj, a building was constructed illegally in the basement and 4 other floors. An underwear garment factory was being operated illegally in the basement of this building.
KDA Special Executive Officer Enforcement Zone-1 Sat Shukla said that action is being taken under the relevant sections of UP Town Planning and Development Act-1973.
