A shocking video of a man urinating on the subway tracks has sparked outrage on social media. The 10-second video shows him relieving himself at the platform. The man seemed ignorant of the commuters, including women, waiting on the opposite platform. Despite being in a public setting and getting filmed, the man continued to urinate as two male passengers casually walked past him.

As the video proceeded, a member of the railway staff intervened and escorted the man away. The video also showed how the man did not resist or react to the staff member’s actions.

The social media user who shared the video claimed the man to be Japanese. Sharing the video, the user wrote, “To let all Indians know yes, shit happens in India, but Shit Don’t Happen ONLY in India. And somehow other countries are not heaven because the media seldom shows you what shit happens around the world. A Japanese man casually peeing in the metro station.”

Soon enough, the DMRC responded to the viral tweet and requested the name of the metro station for further investigation. The said user replied that it was the “Malviya Nagar metro station.”
