Five thousand devotees participated in Kalash Yatra
A huge procession was taken out on Thursday before Shrimad Bhagwat Katha in Rampur Khagal. In which more than five thousand devotees participated. In this, along with the women of the area, girl students of various schools graced the Yatra by carrying the sacred urn on their heads. This journey started from Baba Dham Kunda and reached the story place at Rampur Khagal via Ramaipur Dishmi. Here the Kalash was worshiped as per the rituals.
Tableau and drums remained the center of attraction
In the huge Kalash Yatra organized in Rampur Khagal on Thursday, the tableau of Lord Jagannath was taken out with much fanfare with musical instruments. In this, the grand tableau of Lord Shri Jagannath ji riding on the chariot was quite fascinating. The musical instruments and drummers participating in the yatra remained engrossed in devotional tunes. Due to this the whole area became devotional.
The story will take place in the house of the successor of Shri Tulsi Peethadhishwar.
Shrimad Bhagwat Katha is being organized at the ancestral house of Acharya Ramchandra Vyas, resident of Patti Rampur Khagal, the supreme disciple of Jagat Guru Rambhadracharya Maharaj, the founder of Shri Chitrakoot Tulsi Peethadheeshwar and successor of Shri Chitrakoot Tulsi Peethadheeshwar. In this, the main storyteller Rambhadracharya Maharaj will shower nectar through the story.

Police remained deployed at every nook and corner The police administration remained fully prepared for the arrival of Jagat Guru Shri Rambhadracharya ji in Rampur Khagal of Patti tehsil. During the Baba Dham Kunda Shobha Yatra, police forces were deployed at various places for security reasons. Apart from this, CO Patti Anand Kumar Rai stayed with the fire department at the heli pad site.

Rambhadracharya Maharaj arrived by helicopter Jagat Guru Shri Rambhadracharya Ji Maharaj, the chief storyteller of the seven-day Katha to be held in Rampur Khagal, reached Baba Dham Kunda, the place of Kashal Yatra, by helicopter at 12.30 pm on Thursday afternoon. Here he was given a grand welcome by the organizing committee. After this the procession started.
Additional police force deployed from Jaunpur
In view of the story, special arrangements have been made regarding security. Apart from Pratapgarh, additional police force has also been deployed from Jaunpur to prevent any untoward incident during the procession and Katha. Along with this, a temporary police station has also been established in Rampur Khagal village so that the local people and devotees do not face any inconvenience.
Prayagraj IG Prem Gautam, along with Pratapgarh SP, inspected the area and gave strict instructions to the policemen regarding security arrangements.
