The altercation between the doctor and the MP in the district hospital in Mau has now taken a serious turn. Dr. Saurabh Tripathi of the district hospital has filed a case against MP Rajiv Rai. Action has been initiated under several serious sections in this matter at Police Station Sarai Lakhansi.

The conversation started when SP MP from Ghosi Rajiv Rai arrived to inspect the district hospital on Wednesday. During this time, Dr. Tripathi misbehaved with the MP, after which the MP reprimanded the doctor in front of the media.
This controversy has now engulfed the top officials of the district and even the Deputy Chief Minister of the state. Immediately after the incident, CMS of the district hospital, Dr. Dhananjay Singh, issued a notice to Dr. Saurabh Tripathi.
Meanwhile, the Indian Medical Association (Junior) issued a letter to MP Rajiv Rai giving an ultimatum that he would have to apologize to the doctor. As soon as this letter went viral, the matter heated up again. Now, on the basis of the doctor’s complaint, a case has been registered against the MP in the police station. The police is investigating the matter
