The first match of the Test series between India and New Zealand is being played in Bengaluru. Today is the third day of the competition. The day’s play will start at 9:15 am.

The second day of the Bengaluru Test was entirely in the name of New Zealand. The team first all out India for 46 runs in the first innings. After that, by the end of the day’s play, 180 runs were scored for 3 wickets. In this way the team has got a lead of 134 runs.

Rachin Ravindra and Daryl Mitchell returned unbeaten. For New Zealand, Devon Conway was out after scoring 91, Will Young 33 and Tom Latham was out after scoring 15 runs. Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav got 1 wicket each.

The first day of the first match of the three-match Test series was canceled due to rain. On Thursday, the second day at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss and chose to bat. His decision did not prove to be right for India at all. The Indian team was all out for 46 runs. This is India’s smallest score on home ground. 5 batsmen of the team were out on zero.

Rishabh Pant was the top scorer of the team. He scored 20 runs. Matt Henry took maximum 5 wickets for New Zealand. William O’Rourke took 4 wickets. Tim Southee got one wicket.
