While overtaking the truck in Shravasti, suddenly the bike riding brother-in-law and brother-in-law got hit by the truck. The brother-in-law died in the accident. Kuleraj Paswan (22), resident of Raghwajot, Bahraich, had come to his sister’s in-laws’ house in Tulsipur of Sonwa police station area. From where Kuleraj was going to Kakardari along with his brother-in-law Kamlesh to get his sister Kajal done. Then, as soon as he reached near Jangaldas Kuti, while overtaking a speeding truck, the bike got hit by the truck, due to which Kuleraj died on the spot. While Kamlesh was seriously injured.

Driver ran away leaving the truck Malhipur police reached the information and took the injured Kamlesh to Joint District Hospital, Bhinga in critical condition. Where his condition is said to be critical. After the accident, the driver left the truck and fled from the spot. At present the police has sent the body for postmortem. While the police have taken possession of the truck and are busy investigating.
