Today, when DAP came to some cooperative societies, a fight broke out there. There was an uproar there. On receiving information, police arrived and distributed fertilizer in their presence.

Farmers are not getting enough DAP in Hathras district. Farmers allege that black marketing of DAP is taking place and the officials are not paying attention to it. Today, when DAP came to Rampur Cooperative Society of Hathras Junction area, there was a fight and uproar to get DAP. Hundreds of people were already present there.
During this period a heated argument also took place. Police reached the spot and quelled the commotion. Apart from this, even today farmers remained sitting for hours in many cooperative societies of the district, but they did not get the DAP. Some cooperative societies remained locked. Farmers say that they are in dire need of DAP for sowing crops like potato, wheat, and mustard, but it is not being supplied adequately in the district.
Officials are not paying attention to black marketing… Farmers line up outside the cooperative societies since morning, but most of the farmers are not able to get fertilizer. Farmers say that the amount of fertilizer being given is too less for sowing. Some farmers say that black marketing of fertilizers is taking place. Some mafias have stocked it illegally but the administration is not paying attention to it.
