The Nagar Panchayat administration took a big step today, giving relief to the people troubled by the increasing dog attacks in Mandawar area of Bijnor. On Sunday, the Nagar Panchayat team conducted a special dog catching campaign, in which 20 stray dogs were caught.

Nagar Panchayat action On Sunday, a dog catching campaign was conducted in Mandawar on the instructions of Nagar Panchayat President Mohammad Asif Shan and Executive Officer Vikas Kumar. The team caught stray dogs roaming in many areas including Mohalla Bazaar Mangal. A total of 20 dogs were caught in this campaign, which will be sent for sterilization.
The campaign will continue Executive Officer Vikas Kumar said that this campaign is being run with the help of a special organization. The captured dogs will be sterilized, so that such incidents can be prevented in future. He also said that this campaign will continue further so that the people of Mandawar can feel safe.
