CHC Superintendent Dr. Shailendra Mani Ojha, located in Bhanwapur area of Siddharthnagar, conducted a surprise inspection of the shadow integrated VHSND vaccination session conducted in villages Deganhajot Kasturi, Kamsar, Phulpur Lala, Bourdih and Chitahi.

monitoring the quality of services
During the inspection, Dr. Ojha conducted physical verification of the beneficiary list and services provided by ANMs. He directed the concerned ANM to conduct all types of basic tests—like weight, haemoglobin, BP, urine, HIV, syphilis and abdominal examination.
Children’s health priority
After giving all types of vaccines to children according to their age, Dr. Ojha advised giving paracetamol tablets or syrup as per the need. Along with this, the services provided by Asha Bahu in the newborn care program were also verified.
Dastak program information
BMC Suryadev Singh took information about the Dastak program from the villagers through Asha Bahu and directed them to prepare the beneficiary list for vaccination and distribute the call slips.

Dr. Ojha praised the work of ANMs Farha Anjun, Nidhi Rakwar, Khushboo Chaturved and Asha Bahu Meera, who are playing an important role in improving the health services in the area.
