Work for public transport has been started in Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Authority area. For this, the Urban Development Department and Uttar Pradesh State Transport Corporation will run 500 city buses on 31 routes. For which all three authorities have issued Request for Proposal (RFP).

This will make it easier to select the company for city bus operation. This scheme will ease the travel of 8 lakh people, out of which 4 lakh people will benefit from the city bus service in Greater Noida Extension.
Let us tell you that through Greater Noida Route 10, all the residential sectors, Greater Noida West, Noida metro stations and nearby towns Dadri, Surajpur and Dankaur will be connected by city bus. Recently, the agency selected by the Urban Development Department had conducted survey work on 31 routes of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Express Authority area for city bus operation.
A meeting was recently held regarding city bus service.
Both Noida and Greater Noida authorities will provide infrastructure to park these buses. At present both the RFP authorities will give their suggestions to the government. After which the RFP will be issued again after amendment. The company will be selected in this. These are the major city bus routes from Noida Authority.
