In Lucknow a young man committed suicide by hanging himself. On Monday morning, there was an outcry in the house after seeing the young man hanging from the fan. The local police reached the information and sent the dead body for postmortem.

Amit Kumar Sharma (38), son of late, in Murain Kheda of Bangla Bazaar police post area of Ashiana police station area. Jai Narayan Sharma lived with his family. Amit used to work as a labourer.
When he reached home drunk on Sunday night, he had a fight with his wife over some issue. After this Amit closed the door of the room from inside. When the door did not open till late on Monday morning, the family peeped inside the room and found him hanging from the fan with the help of his dupatta.
Ashiana police reached the spot after receiving information, broke the door of the room, removed the body from the noose and sent it for postmortem. The elder brother of the deceased, Sanjay Sharma, told that on Sunday night, Amit came home in an inebriated state, quarreled with his wife over some issue and closed the door of the room from inside. The deceased is survived by his wife Neha and a 4-year-old son Arnav.
