Meanwhile, 84-year-old woman Kamlesh, resident of Gomti Nagar Vastu block, died during treatment late on Saturday night. Kamlesh was admitted in Balrampur Hospital. CMO Dr. Manoj Aggarwal says that a death audit will be conducted to find out the real cause of death.

Kamlesh was the mother of State General Secretary of Government Nurses Association, Ashok Kumar. He says, about a week ago the mother was admitted to Balrampur Hospital on complaint of fever. During investigation she was found dengue positive. Even after treatment his health did not improve.

Treatment was going on in ICU

Along with internal bleeding, he also vomited blood. His condition worsened on Saturday night. Doctors sent him to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), but his life could not be saved. Doctors say that Kamlesh had fallen into a state of dengue shock syndrome.

These dengue patients died in government figures

Samanti, a woman suffering from fever, died on September 24 in Faizullaganj area. Samanti card was found dengue positive in the test. Similarly, on September 26, Shreyansh 18, son of Pradeep Srivastava, resident of Srinagar, Faizullaganj I, had died. Shreyansh was also found dengue positive. Vishal Gupta, aged 40, a businessman from Kakori, who was also positive on September 26, died of dengue.

64 more dengue patients found, 9 in silver jubilee

Meanwhile, 64 more dengue patients were found in the capital on Sunday. With this, the total number of dengue patients found in the district so far this year reached 1492. To assess the breeding conditions of mosquitoes, the teams took stock of 1098 houses. Notice given after mosquito larvae were found in 5 houses.

So many patients were found in these areas

According to CMO spokesperson Yogesh, 9 in Silver Jubilee area, 8-8 in Indiranagar and Chandernagar, 7-7 in Aliganj and NK Road area, 5-5 in Red Cross and Sarojininagar, 4-4 in Aishbagh and Todiaganj, 3 in Gosainganj. Two patients were found in Mohanlalganj and one each in Malihabad and Kakori areas.

Three patients of chikungunya were also found

Apart from dengue, three new patients of Chikungunya have also been found in the report on Sunday. One patient each was found in Aliganj, Todiaganj and Indiranagar. So far 76 cases of chikungunya have been reported.
