A case of death of a farmer under suspicious circumstances has come to light in village Sadhai Behta of Kotwali city of Hardoi district. It is being told that a farmer named Mulayam went to the field on Tuesday and consumed poisonous substance.

When the family came to know about this, they immediately took him to the district hospital, but the doctor declared him dead. The local police has taken possession of the body and sent it for postmortem and has started a thorough investigation of the case.
Deceased’s younger brother Kripal told that Mulayam’s personal life went through a lot of difficulties. His son died five years ago, and three years later his wife also died due to illness. These two big sorrows had pushed Mulayam into the grip of drug addiction.
City Kotwal Narayan Kushwaha said that on the information of family members, post-mortem has been done after filling the panchnama of the body, and the search for the reason for the incident is going on.
