A farmer who had gone to irrigate his fields in Badaun died due to electrocution on Wednesday night. The farmer was trying to start his tube well. Kishanlal’s son Surjeet (25) used to do farming. He had gone to his field on Wednesday night to do the stuffing. It is said that he was connecting the connection by opening the chamber of the tube well. During this time he got electrocuted. After some time, when the farmers working in the nearby fields reached there, they found Surjit in an unconscious state. On getting information about the matter, the family members also reached the farm.
The family members hurriedly took Surjit to the district hospital with the help of the villagers. Here the doctor declared him dead after examination. The hospital staff also tried to keep the body in the mortuary for post-mortem, but the family refused to do the post-mortem. Took the dead body home with them.
