A video surfaced in Kanpur on Wednesday. In which about 50 youths on 16 bikes were seen flouting traffic rules. While making a ruckus on the bike, one of them burst a country-made bomb (Deimaar) in the middle of the road. According to the police officer, when is the video taken?

In the 16 second video, 50 youths are seen riding on 16 bikes. Not a single one of them was wearing a helmet. Also, almost all the bikes have three riders. They are moving at high speed on the road and a young man from the same group is making a video of them sitting upside down on a motorcycle. Meanwhile, one of them explodes a crude bomb on the road. Due to this, the bike rider accompanying him shows his hand and dissuades him. The video is said to be from Naubasta police station area.
According to DCP South Ankita Sharma, complete information is being collected about the video. The accused are being traced on the basis of number plates.
