An important meeting was held in the presence of SDM Dumariyaganj Dr. Sanjeev Dixit regarding the preparations for the historic Bharat Bhari Fair to be organized on the occasion of Kartik Purnima on 15th November in Siddharthnagar.

Emphasis on grandeur and security
The grandeur of the fair, security arrangements and other arrangements were discussed in detail in the meeting. SDM said that like every year, this fair will be conducted by the administration this year also. He also said that traditional functions will be executed with full grandeur.
The responsibility of security arrangements was handed over to inspector in-charge Ramesh Kumar Yadav under the direction of the police area officer. Apart from this, the responsibility of administrative arrangements has been entrusted to Tehsildar Dumariyaganj Ravi Kumar Yadav as fair magistrate, Mehboob Alam Naib Tehsildar as fair in-charge, and Ramesh Chandra Srivastava as fair administrator.
Sanitation and facilities are the responsibility of Nagar Panchayat
The work of cleaning, verifying, check post and divers has been entrusted to the Nagar Panchayat. Nagar Panchayat President Chandra Prakash Verma, Ram Pujari and Entertainment Tax Officer Sadashiv Tripathi and many other dignitaries were present in the meeting.
