A young man riding a bike was hit by a truck in Hardoi. He was seriously injured due to the collision. The injured was immediately taken to CHC by ambulance, where the doctor declared him dead. Police reached the spot after receiving information about the incident and took the dead body into custody.

Late on Thursday evening, 38 year old Abhay Kumar, son of Thakur Prasad, resident of Terwa, who was going home on a bike, was hit by a truck near Farhat Nagar railway crossing on Bilhaur Katra road of Madhoganj police station area. Abhay was brought to CHC in a bloody condition. Where Doctor Satyanand declared the young man dead after investigation.
The young man used to work as a commission agent in the market. Younger brother Anuj Kumar told that Abhay had gone to Mallavan for market work, this accident happened while returning. On receiving the news of his death, the deceased’s wife Neetu, daughter Muskaan, son Archit and Ashwani are in a bad state and crying. Madhoganj police station incharge KK Yadav said that the body has been kept in the mortuary. After the post-mortem, further action will be taken based on the report.
