A special health camp was organized under the banner of Uttar Pradesh Police Family Welfare Association Vama Sarathi in Unnao. This program was led by Deepak Bhukar, Superintendent of Police Unnao. This camp is for the policemen working in Reserve Police and their families.

The main objective of this camp was to improve the physical health of the policemen and their families. Dr. Abhishek Srivastava Physiotherapist, who was present as the chief guest in the program, provided information about various types of exercises for the policemen and their families. He told that not only physical health can be improved through proper exercise. Rather, it also has a positive effect on mental health.

Dr. Abhishek trained special exercises to relieve various types of muscle pain in the body. He told all the participants present that regular exercise not only increases strength but it also helps in reducing stress and anxiety. During this, many policemen and their family members asked questions about their health related problems. Which were solved effectively by Dr. Abhishek. Inspector Santosh Kumari Singh, Head Constable Surekha Sharma from Vama Sarathi and Head Constable Sangeeta Verma also had important contribution in this program. He played an important role in the successful organization of the program. Dr. Ashish Srivastava, co-coordinator of Vama Sarathi, managed the program properly and operated all the arrangements smoothly.

During the camp, the enthusiasm of the policemen and their families towards health and welfare was seen. The members present stressed the need for such events. So that they can become more aware about their health. Many families appreciated the program and demanded to organize such camps in future also.

Superintendent of Police Deepak Bhukar said on the occasion “Our aim is to ensure the well-being of policemen and their families. Such programs not only promote health but also strengthen the community spirit.” He appealed to all policemen to be conscious of their health and make regular exercise a part of their lives.
