Kannada cinema star Yash shot to global fame with the blockbuster KGF franchise, portraying the role of Rocky Bhai. Despite being one of the biggest stars in Indian cinema currently, the actor is a grounded man, doing everything for his family. In a recent interview, Yash opened up about his relationship with his wife and how she is his strength.

Yash delved into his life with his wife Radhika Pandit in an interaction with the Hollywood Reporter India. The actor firmly believes she is his strength, someone he has grown with all these years. Their friendship is as valuable to him as his marriage, he added. Before his big break with KGF, she was with him as a pillar of strength, added the actor.

Speaking further, he revealed that Radhika never questions his acting choices and only asks if he is happy with the decision. He said, “I see her as a friend; wife is later, kids-wife all that is there.” As the conversation was coming to a close, Yash jokingly revealed that Radhika only demands his “attention and time” consistently, admitting that it can be “challenging” sometimes due to his busy schedule.

Yash and Radhika Pandit met on the sets of their film Nanda Gokula in 2007. In the following years, as the two featured in other projects, their friendship soon turned into romance. The couple then tied the knot in December 2016 and are parents to two children.

The actor is busy with the shoot of his highly-anticipated Toxic, which is being made under the direction of Geethu Mohandas. As per reports, the project is also being co-produced by Yash. Furthermore, in the same interaction with the Hollywood Reporter India, the actor confirmed his part in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, where he is set to portray the role of Ravana. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor in the role of Ram while Sai Pallavi will be seen as Sita. Yash is also the co-producer of the film, added the reports.
