On Thursday, some passengers at Kaptanganj station saw a young man lying in a deranged condition on the platform and informed the RPF. RPF soldiers took the youth to the Community Health Center and admitted him. When the condition of the youth improved, he identified himself as Laxman (22 years), son of Ramchandra. The youth’s house is in Tamkuwaha, West Champaran, Bihar.

Victim killed while returning home

Doctor Sanjay Bhardwaj of Kaptanganj CHC treated the youth and said, “The youth is a victim of poisoning, but it will take time for the condition to improve.”

Inspector in-charge Kaptanganj Railway Samay Singh termed the condition of the youth as an illness and said, “The youth told us that he had gone from Delhi to Siwan in Bihar and then reached here by passenger train. His family members have been informed.” And his bag is being returned safely.”
