Kajol has reacted to being labelled as ‘rude’ due to her recent interaction with the paparazzi. The actor spoke about how she has good days and bad days like a regular human being.

Kajol is known for her candid and straightforward personality. Recent videos show the actor being stern with the paparazzi, which has made netizens label her ‘rude’. In a recent interview, the actor addressed this label and spoke about how she will not conform to the audience’s expectation that a celebrity maintains an ‘idealized image.’
In a conversation with Zoom, Kajol discussed her recent behaviour with the paparazzi. She said she gets angry and has good and bad days, just like a regular human being. She mentioned how social media is often a curation to make someone appear flawless and perfect. The actor said, “I do get angry. I have bad days and good days—that’s me.”
Kajol added that she will not conform to how people perceive an actor to behave in front of the camera. She emphasized how she will not mould herself to fit a certain image. She continued, “I think that I cannot and will not sit down and edit myself time and again for somebody else’s idea of ‘she is a celebrity and she should not lose her temper’.”
Recently a video of Kajol scolding the paparazzi went viral on social media. The actor was seen scolding the paparazzi at her Durga Puja celebrations because they had gathered in front of the idol. She looked frustrated as the devotees could not attend the darshan. She said, “People are standing behind you for anjali. Please move aside, please side ho jaiye, peeche ho jaiye. Anjali dene ke liye logo ko aane dijiye.” She also scolded the paparazzi for coming close to the idol when they were wearing shoes.
On the work front, Kajol was last seen in one of the episodes of Lust Stories 2. She is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming thriller, Do Patti. The actor will essay the role of a cop and she will star alongside Kriti Sanon.
