The Uttar Pradesh government has introduced a new e-auction scheme for institutional plots in various sectors of Greater Noida. Launched by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), the scheme will allow bidding on 13 industrial plots across key locations, including KP-5 MU, Sector 10, ITEA-02, KP-01, and Tech Zone 4.
Applications for the scheme are underway, having begun on October 24.
The scheme includes plots ranging from 1,000 to 10,005 square metres, with reserve prices set between Rs 2.99 crore and Rs 35.17 crore. These plots are intended for higher secondary schools, hospitals, nursing homes, paramedical institutes, vocational training centres, and educational institutions.
Allotment of Largest Plot and Commercial Spaces
The largest plot under this scheme, HO-02 in the MU sector, spans 10,005 square metres and has a reserve price of Rs 35.17 crore. The smallest plot, located in Sector 34C of KP-01, covers 1,000.45 square metres and has a reserve price of Rs 2.99 crore.
The GNID authority is also allotting plots for 43 commercial shops and offices, along with 20 dhabas and essential facilities. These plots range from 10.40 to 400 square metres, priced between Rs 13.65 lakh and Rs 2.57 crore.
The deadline for auction applications is November 18, with the entire scheme process expected to conclude by the end of November.
This initiative is expected to enhance education and healthcare facilities while generating employment opportunities in the district. The development of Greater Noida is set to accelerate, providing more employment prospects for the youth.
