With days left for Diwali 2024, Bollywood celebs are reveling in the festive spirit. After Manish Malhotra’s Diwali bash, Ayushmann Khurrana and his wife Tahira Kashyap hosted a grand party at their Mumbai residence on October 25. The event was a star-studded affair as Btown celebs such as Karan Johar, Bhumi Pednekar and Richa Chadha-Ali Fazal showed up in their ethnic best. Soon after the gala, Ayushmann posted a picture with Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Bala co-actress Bhumi Pednekar. While Ayushmann looked handsome in a black sherwani, Bhumi took the spotlight in a mirror-work saree.

The duo looked stunning in traditional outfits. Ayushmann opted for a black sherwani with golden embroidery. Bhumi looked gorgeous in her grey and golden embroidered saree from the shelves of the fashion label Itrh. The Badhaai Do actress also took to her Instagram stories and posted a selfie with Ayushmann in which the two could be seen flaunting their smiles.
Other celebs who arrived at Ayushmann’s Diwali bash 2024 include, fashion designer Manish Malhotra, Karan Johar, Richa Chadha, Ali Fazal, Angad Bedi, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Aparshakti Khurana among others. Last year, the An Action Hero actor decided not to host the Diwali celebration at his residence due to the demise of his father.
On the work front, Ayushmann was last seen in the comedy film Dream Girl 2. Helmed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, the film also featured Ananya Panday, Anu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Abhishek Banerjee and Vijay Raaz in the lead roles.
He will be next seen in an untitled project with actress Sara Ali Khan. Backed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, the film will be helmed by Aakash Kaushik. Both Sara and Ayushmann recently began the shooting for their forthcoming film in Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Previously, Sara took to her social media handle and shared a behind-the-scenes photo featuring the director and Ayushmann.
Apart from that, he will be reportedly seen in the horror comedy film Vampires Of Vijay Nagar opposite actress Rashmika Mandanna. Backed by Dinesh Vijan, an official announcement of the film is still awaited. Bhumi, on the other hand, will be next seen in an untitled romantic drama film alongside Arjun Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh.
