Ghaziabad policeman stopped a man for not wearing helmet. In Ghaziabad, police personnel stopped for helmet: Scooty riding youth attacked, tore uniform, was going towards Rajchouple – Ghaziabad News


It cost the traffic policeman a lot to stop a young man riding a scooter on Rajchopalle in Ghaziabad’s Modinagar for wearing a helmet. The accused youth assaulted the policeman.

He was abused and mistreated. The accused even tore his uniform. When the policeman informed the control room, the police force reached the spot and caught the accused. The policeman has filed a complaint in the police station.

The victim Ajay Kumar is a traffic constable in Ghaziabad Police Commissionerate. These days his duty is with Amber Uturn.

On Friday afternoon around 11.30 pm, an accused was coming on a scooter without wearing a helmet. On this Ajay signaled them to stop. But the accused abused Ajay and started going towards Rajchopalle.

Ajay informed other policemen deployed at Rajchople about the accused. When the accused reached Rajchouple, the policemen tried to stop him.

But the accused did not stop. After some time, he parked the scooter somewhere else and approached Ajay and started abusing. He was beaten up.

The accused even tore Ajay’s uniform while beating him. The people nearby somehow pacified the matter. ACP Modinagar said that action will be taken against the accused on the basis of the complaint.
