Hearty greetings from the Sangh to you on the holy festival of Diwali.

JNM Employees Union has demanded to consider the suggestions of the Government of India in the transfer process for contractual employees. The union has said that the transfer process should be completed every year by the government. Union General Secretary Yogesh Upadhyay said that the transfer policy should be made only after considering the suggestions given by the Government of India. There should be a provision for transfer on vacant posts so that interested employees can get its benefits regularly.
He said that such contractual workers who have already been transferred or mutually re-appointed will not be eligible for mutual re-appointment. Many employees have already availed the benefit of transfer and are posted near their home district. If they are provided another opportunity, then these workers will be able to get posted in their home district as per the intention of the Chief Minister.
Upadhyay said that in the instructions issued by the Government of India, there is a provision for mutual transfer only between two employees. This should be modified to be applicable between more than two employees also so that three or more employees can be transferred with mutual consent. With this arrangement, more employees will get the benefit of transfer.
The facility of change after district selection for mutual transfer is not available on Manav Sampada Portal. Many employees have selected the wrong district due to lack of information. It is necessary to amend this.
