Abulen market started getting decorated for Diwali

Traders said that lights are installed in the markets on three days i.e. Dhanteras, Chhoti Diwali and Badi Diwali. The next day the market is also closed and the lights are also removed. But this time due to confusion between Diwali 31st and 1st, the timing of lights will be increased as per the arrangement.

Abulen Trade Association official Rajveer Singh said that Abulen market is the oldest and prestigious market of the city. To see this, people from many districts of western Uttar Pradesh come to Meerut. In such a situation, to make the market beautiful on the occasion of Diwali, this time the market will be decorated on the theme of Ayodhya. This time the traditionally installed lights will also shine with LED boards. Ram Darbar will be organized at Fawwara Chowk of Abulen Bazaar. The fair will be started with Ganesh Vandana on Dhanteras. After this, presentation of different programs will also be given.

Begumpul Trade Union President Puneet Sharma says that this time the festival of Diwali will be celebrated with the families of freedom fighters. A picture of Bharat Mata has been made with the names of the freedom fighters and martyrs of Meerut. The market will be illuminated with grand lights from Begumpul to Sotiganj. Traders will light lamps along with the family members of the freedom fighter. Saplings have been asked to be presented to him as a gift. Businessmen work in social interest. Along with business, he also wants to keep the environment pure. Saplings will be given as gifts to freedom fighters and chief guests in the fair.
