Well, the papers of all the candidates who filed their nominations have been found intact.
The nomination papers of the candidates in the by-elections to be held in Khair Assembly of Aligarh were scrutinized on Monday. Well, a total of 6 candidates had filed nominations for the assembly by-election. During investigation by the election officials, the papers of all the candidates were found to be correct.

After getting the correct papers, now the withdrawal of nominations is awaited. Candidates can withdraw their names till 30th October. The list of final candidates will be released only after the withdrawal process is completed. Election symbols will be allotted to the candidates only after the withdrawal of nominations by noon on 30th October.
Dhanipur Mandi acquired till elections
Well, in view of the assembly by-elections, District Election Officer and DM Visakh ji. has acquired Dhanipur Mandi. Dhanipur Mandi will remain under the supervision of the administration till the completion of the counting process on November 23 and election activities will be carried out from here.
The voting process is to take place on November 13. For which polling parties will be sent from Dhanipur Mandi itself on 12th November. Well, there are a total of 263 polling stations in the assembly constituency, in which 426 polling booths have been made. For all these, a total of 426 polling parties will be sent with complete security.
Till now there are total 6 candidates in the fray
Well, for the by-election of the assembly seat, Surendra Diler alias Deepak Diler from Bharatiya Janata Party, Dr. Pahal Singh from Bahujan Samaj Party and Dr. Charuken from SP-Congress alliance have submitted their nominations. Apart from these, three more candidates have filed nominations.
In this, Nitin Kumar from Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram), Vipin Kumar from Swaraj Bharatiya Nyay Party and Bhupendra Kumar Dhangar from Rashtriya Shoshit Samaj Party have filed nominations. Everyone along with their supporters and proposers reached the SDM court and submitted their nomination papers. Their investigation will be done on Monday.
