Inspector of Badaun died due to fever in Lucknow: Was posted in Sadar Kotwali, suddenly took BP with fever; The family took me to Lucknow




The inspector posted in Badaun died of fever. He died during treatment in a private hospital in Lucknow. When news of this became common on Sunday, there was an atmosphere of mourning in the police department. SI Vinod Dwivedi, the post in-charge of Sarkariganj police post of Sadar Kotwali, was a resident of Indiranagar, Lucknow. Before Sarkariganj, he had also been posted at Nawada police post. It is said that on October 24, Vinod developed high fever. Fellow policemen on duty took him to the district hospital. The reason was that his BP was low and he was becoming unconscious. When his health got better, he informed his family about it over phone. Whereas on October 25, the family took him to Bareilly. He was treated there in a private hospital. However, that treatment did not provide relief, so on Saturday, October 26, the family took him to Lucknow in an ambulance. The inspector died during treatment in the hospital there. It is said that his health did not improve even after treatment in Lucknow.
